RDF Television was founded in 1993 and was one of the largest and most respected independent production companies in the UK. It is probably most famous for its international hit format Wife Swap, which unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately) lies somewhat beyond the scope of this site.

Their distribution division RDF Media Group merged with Zodiak Media on 2 June 2010 until Banijay Group took over on 23 February 2016, but its production company lives on.
