Jonathan Davies

Born in 1962, Jonathan captained Wales at rugby union, and played for the Neath and Llanelli clubs. He went professional in 1988, moving to Widnes and Great Britain rugby league, where he won the Man of Steel award for best player in the 1993-4 season.

Jonathan returned to rugby union with Cardiff in 1995, retiring two years later. Since then, he's become a regular in BBC Television's rugby coverage. He also hosts chat shows and sports contests on Welsh-language channel S4C - his Welsh-medium education has proven useful.
