22 November Voting Changes for Eurovision 2023
The European Broadcasting Union has announced that there will be a couple of changes in the voting system for next year's Eurovision Song Contest. The first change is that non-participating countries will be able to vote in the new online voting via the Eurovision website in both the Semi-Finals and the Grand Final. The voting in the Grand Final will remain unchanged.
