Those Wonderful TV Times

Liverpool comedian born in 1927. Became famous for hosting two stints of the variety show Sunday Night At The London Palladium. He starred in a long-running ad campaign for Cadbury's Roses chocolates. With Andrew Wood, he developed the idea for the darts-based quiz Bullseye.
