TV Guide This Week

Line 1: Line 1:

As So You Think You Can Dance (BBC1, 7.15 and 10pm Saturday) ends, BBC Cardiff Singer of the World begins (BBC2, 6.30 Saturday; then from Tuesday on Radio 3 at 1pm, BBC4 at 7.30 and BBC2 Wales at 10pm). Bungalow house band McFly try to revive their flagging careers in The Cube (ITV, 8.40 Saturday), and bungalow owners Dick and Dom return with Splatalot (CBBC, 4.30 weekdays). Britain's Got Talent US comes to ITV2 (from 8pm Tuesday. CAUTION: contains Piers Morgan). And with it being Fridays in mid-June, the first Big Brother eviction of ... what? Oh. Just bung on Come Dine with Me (C4, 8pm Friday) and 8 Out of 10 Cats (C4, 9pm Friday). And remember to vote a woman off first.
+
ITV has some new shows for Saturday night: Odd One In (7.15) and Penn & Teller: Fool Us (8pm) are back for unexpected series, and The Marriage Ref (9pm) is Dermot O'Leary's new show. It's finals week in the BBC Cardiff Singer of the World (Saturday, BBC4 and Radio 3 from 7.30; Sunday, BBC2, Radio 3, Radio Wales, Radio Cymru from 5.30) and the BBC New Comedy Award (Radio 2, 7pm Saturday). And if Jonny Pitts has recovered from his zorb-ball adventures, he joins Myleene Klass in Escape from Scorpion Island (BBC2, 4.05 weekdays).

Revision as of 17:24, 16 June 2011
