For brainiacs, a tribute to David Frost (ITV, 10.30 Monday), a new run of Round Britain Quiz (Radio 4, 3pm Monday), and The X Factor Us (ITV2, 8pm Fri). For food fans, a new run of Masterchef Australia (Watch, 7pm from Sunday), and The Great Irish Bake Off comes to Ireland (TV3, 9pm Thursday).
