The Radio Times billing said:

During the showing of The Fish Course earlier this year, viewers were invited to join in 'The Fish Course Challenge,' a national competition to find the amateur fish cook of the year. Now there are four finalists, each hoping to win a fitted kitchen, a range of French cookware and a gold medal.
Join Susan Hicks at Brocket Hall, a beautiful stately home in Hertfordshire, as the four contestants battle it out in the final cook off.
