Saturday nights on ITV finally return to normal: The X Factor resumes its double shift, and The Chase has new celebrity contestants. There are celebrity contestants on Release the Hounds (ITV2, Wed), and the (er) second edition of Bring the Noise (The Satellite Channel, Thu).
