Biography
Born in Kensington, London in 1965, Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen first came to public attention as a designer on the BBC's home make-over show Changing Rooms. After the programme's demise in 2004, he has continued to appear on television in a variety of roles, including being a guest, host, expert, and even judge.
Trivia
Starting in 2007, Llewelyn-Bowen has each year created a number of tableaus and other features for the annual Blackpool Illuminations. In 2010, he was made Creative Director of the event.
He and his wife Jackie won £500,000 for charity on Who Wants to be a Millionaire?
