With the rugby finished, The X Factor can begin its live performance shows (ITV, Sat and Sun). On BBC2, The Great Pottery Throw Down (Tue) finds the nation's best potter. The Quizeum comes back to BBC4 (Mon), and Only Connect moves an hour earlier. Changes to Channel 4 daytime, the return of Benchmark pushes Deal or No Deal and Countdown an hour later.
