Based on the US show of the same name, ''Temptation Island'' took couples, seperated them and placed them in the company of lots of gorgeous members of the opposite sex for a few weeks and saw whether they'd stay faithful to their partner. Based on the US show of the same name, ''Temptation Island'' took four couples, and separated them by placing on the opposite ends of the same island, where they would have the company of 13 gorgeous single members of the opposite sex. Over the course of 12 days, as those in relationships got to know the singles better, the main interest was supplied  by seeing whether they'd stay faithful to their partner. To spice things up even more, over the course of their stay on the island, each partner would have to go on three dates with one of the singles, allowing them more time to get to know each other.

The conclusion of each episode consisted of a "bonfire ritual", where contestants got to see videos of what their partners had been up to recently with hilarious and not-so-hilarious consequences. As a result of seeing these videos (which also provided an interesting insight into what qualifies as being unfaithful for different people) the contestants got to bar their partner from spending time with one of the singles. Furthermore, they also got to vote off one of the singles in each episode, almost always the single they deemed to be getting too close to their partner. The end of the series saw the partners go on an overnight date with one of the singles, after which the final videos were viewed around the bonfire, and the couples discussed where, if anywhere, their relationship went from there.

Synopsis

Based on the US show of the same name, Temptation Island took four couples, and separated them by placing on the opposite ends of the same island, where they would have the company of 13 gorgeous single members of the opposite sex.
