Born in Rochford, Essex, she grew up in Whitchurch, Shropshire. She started her television career at pricedrop.tv as an auction assistant, and left in March 2006 to become a presenter at Big Game TV and on ITV1's The Mint. She was the face of late night dating show Playdate between October and December 2006; when Playdate came off air, she returned full-time to The Mint.

She joined Capital Radio in London in 2007, co-hosting the evening show with Bam Bam. In June 2009, she joined Rich Clarke on the nationally-syndicated Big Top 40 Show.
