TV Guide This Week

Twelve weeks until Lucy Spraggan hits the top ten: The X Factor begins its live shows (ITV, 8pm Saturday), and Strictly Come Dancing's performances continue (BBC1, 6.30 Saturday). There's a new run of Take Me Out (ITV, 7pm Saturday), and another chance to Breakaway (BBC2, 4.30 weekdays). New editions of 8 Out of 10 Cats (C4, 10pm Monday), and we're not sure about Jewish Mum of the Year (C4, 9pm Tuesday).
