Biography
Birmingham-born comedian who got his first big break as the resident comic on Crackerjack and also featured on many other shows including Billy Cotton's Music Hall, The Roy Castle Show and The Black And White Minstrel Show. His own radio series have included Maclean Up Britain and Keep It Maclean, but he was latterly better known as the host of Radio 2's religion-and-music show Good Morning Sunday. He was awarded the MBE for services to ecumenicalism.

No, he is not the guy who sang Vincent. That's Don McLean, without the "a".
