Biography
Walsall-born singer who was the runner-up in Pop Idol 2003. He went on to form a duo with third-placed finalist Sam Nixon and though their music career stopped dead after two singles, they successfully moved into TV presenting and remain a regular hosting double-act on CBBC shows. We can tell them apart from JK and Joel, usually.
Trivia
Mark is a big football fan, and won "Star Striker", a competition run in 2010 amongst CBBC celebrities. Sam did not participate in the contest.
