Synopsis
A series of separate contests to select a Young (whatever) of the Year - originally, a butcher, hairdresser, mechanic and chef. The 2010 series sought a butcher, hairdresser, beautician, plumber and fishmonger of the year, and the 2011 series is to seek a baker, carpenter, farmer, gardener and tailor of the year.

Trivia
Young Talent of the Year was the BBC's own umbrella title. In the end they didn't actually use it to promote the series, but if you think we're doing a separate entry for each episode then you're sorely mistaken, bub.
