Biography

The former face of ATV Today and latterly, Central News West, the flagship local ITV news programmes for the English midlands. For a brief time, Bob worked alongside the late, great Richard Whiteley at Yorkshire Television for the regional news programme Calendar.

After a career spanning 50 years, Bob retired from presenting Central news in 2022.

Trivia

Warman became the first British breakfast television presenter when Yorkshire Television experimented with Good Morning Calendar in March 1977.
