Three celebrities, well almost, are each given a bar to run in the London nightclub ''Nylon''. As the bar manager, it is the celebrity's job to attract as much business as they can to their bar. They can do this in a number of ways from themed nights to getting some of their celebrity friends to put in appearances. To help them run the bar, each celebrity has a team of three bar staff, known as 'bar mates', which they choose from members of the public who have auditioned for the show. Each week, each celebrity bar manager has to nominate one of their three staff to face the public phone vote, and possible elimination from the show. Whichever celebrity loses a member of their bar staff then chooses a new member of staff from the auditionees. At end of the series, the public votes on who they want to win the series, with that celebrity winning £15,000.
