Synopsis

Across three heats, celebrities learn to dive with Tom Daley, the Olympic medallist and treble Young Sports Personality of the Year. A combination of votes from the judges - Plymouth City diving coach Andy Banks, comedian Jo Brand, and Olympic silver medallist Leon Taylor - and the viewing public at home decides who progresses to the next stage.

The semi-final was contested by heat winners Omid Djalili, Eddie Edwards, Anthony Ogogo; and by splash-off winners Jake Canuso, Charlotte Jackson, Linda Barker.

Anthony was unable to dive in the semi-final after sustaining an injury: Linda and Eddie progressed to the final, with splash-off winner Jake.

Through to the semi-final were heat winners Perri Kiely, Keith Duffy, Dan Osbourne, and Richard Whitehead; and splash-off winners Michaela Strachan, Anna Williamson, Danielle Lloyd, and Austin Healey. Healey was unable to dive in his semi-final after being injured in rehearsals.

The final was contested by Kiely, Duffy, Whitehead, and Osbourne.
