Supermind
Synopsis
You might think Supermind was a step up from Mastermind, and you'd be right. The first of these specials was basically a Mastermind champion-of-champions contest between the first four series winners. The second pitted the 1976 Mastermind champion against that year's Brain of Britain, the reigning MENSA Superbrain, and Round Britain Quiz panellist Irene Thomas. The third featured the 1977 Mastermind champ, the captain of the most recent winning team on Top of the Form, the 1977 Brain of MENSA and the winning team captain from Forces Chance.
