Biography

Brother of TV impressionist Kate Robbins, who played Bernie the computerised image on the ill-fated The National Lottery Big Ticket and Amy Robbins, best known for playing Dr. Weatherill in The Royal (on which Ted once played a patient - though he and Amy never appeared on screen together. An opportunity missed there, surely?)

Trivia

He was at one time the warm-up man to that laugh-a-minute gagathon that is Mastermind.

He's also an actor and has had parts in several TV dramas, such as "Mersey Beat" and "The Street", as well as a film, namely "Calendar Girls". In addition, he's been an actor on at least one edition of the BBC2 kids' series 'Prank Patrol', helping to set up the prank.
