Programmes made the production company Talkback.

Talkback was founded by Mel Smith and Griff Rhys-Jones to produce their own shows, but quickly branched out into making all manner of other entertainment programmes. Its sale netted them millions. Nowadays it's officially half of the merged TalkbackThames, which is in turn part of FreMantle Media, which is ultimately owned by RTL. However it remains operationally independent, continuing to produce light entertainment shows and leaving Thames to do the heavy stuff, like The Bill. Former CEO Peter Fincham is now controller of BBC One.
